About The Enduring Edge
Leadership: The Enduring Edge is a collaboration between two long-standing leadership development firms led by two seasoned professional speakers and trainers, Scott Campbell and Ian Cook.
Ian is Principal of his firm, Fulcrum Associates Inc. and Scott is President of Personalities at Work. They work extensively in both the United States and Canada and present internationally as well. Together, these two individuals bring to your organization over forty years of experience in training, coaching, consulting, facilitating and keynote speaking specializing in leadership development.
Ian and Scott met when they became certified to work with The Leadership Circle assessment tools and workshops. They rapidly saw a potential synergy: integrate the best elements of their two already excellent management development courses into one top quality program.
