The entire senior group participates in a two-day workshop. Using simulations, group discussions and personal reflection, this session engages your participants from-start-to-finish. Step 4: Follow-Through Support
All too often, insights and applications from a workshop setting are squandered because they are not reinforced or applied with any discipline back at work.
To counter this tendency, our design provides post-workshop support through one-on-one coaching sessions with each executive team member during the first few months following the workshop.
