Overview of the Process

Step 1: Individual Assessment
Each leader has his/her current effectiveness assessed by means of the powerful 360º diagnostic tool called The Leadership Circle Profile (TLCP).


TLCP pinpoints critical developmental data that correlate with business success. Unique to The Leadership Circle Profile, both behavior and its underlying beliefs are addressed. The instrument reveals, literally at-a-glance, vital information that allows your executives to make rapid change and real advances in their own effectiveness as a leader.

 

Step 2: Individual Feedback
Each individual receives a private debrief session with one of our facilitators to interpret their TLCP results and begin to make concrete plans to strengthen their leadership capacities. This one-on-one consultation allows participants to absorb their own results and start planning for their own development.

 

Who is Using Leadership Profile

Step 3: Whole-Team Learning
The entire senior group participates in a two-day workshop. Using simulations, group discussions and personal reflection, this session engages your participants from-start-to-finish. It brings their TLCP results alive and uncovers their current “operating system” while they discover how they can have a great deal more impact on the people and organization they lead.


Together, your executives gain new insight into the strengths, limitations and consequences of their current habits of thought.

 

Armed with this awareness, they commit to making concrete individual changes that will establish a senior leadership culture that supports sustainable, superior results.

All too often, insights and applications from a workshop setting are squandered because they are not reinforced or applied with any discipline back at work.
